Founded by a husband-and-wife team with over 25 years of combined experience in the restaurant industry, our story began with his passion for cooking and her dedication to hospitality. After years of working side by side — him in the kitchen and her serving guests — we took a leap of faith to open our own family-run business. Today, even our son helps carry on the tradition by running one of our locations.
The name Meli holds special meaning to us — it’s short for Melissa, a reminder that this restaurant is built on love, family, and personal connections.
We pride ourselves on using only fresh ingredients, providing family-first service, and creating an atmosphere where every guest feels at home.
